Our Story
He learned to make red sauce from his father at five. He trained alongside Jean-Georges Vongerichten in New York. He cold-smokes a 16-ounce pork chop and finishes it with gorgonzola dolce. She is a third-generation Houstonian whose pumpkin spice cake recipe has been in the family for decades. Together, Ron and Claire Brandani built Missouri City's most celebrated table.

Art on the Walls
The oil paintings that grace our walls were created by Ron's mother, a talented painter. One painting, completed long before the restaurant existed, depicts a place called "Brandani's Restaurant." It was a prophetic vision that became reality when Ron and Claire opened their doors in 2015.
